Salsa Improvers 6 week Course

North Shore Latin Dance brings an exciting journey into the world of SALSA with our Improvers 6 Week Course.

Ready to build on your foundation? Salsa Improvers is the next step after our Pure Beginners course, perfect for those who have learned the basics and want to develop the flow of dancing skills further to the Improvers level.
In this 6-week course, you’ll refine your technique, learn new moves, and gain confidence on the dance floor.

No previous dance experience or partners are required to take the classes.

• Saturdays, 29 September – 25 October
• 1.30 pm 45 mins
• $100 course, $20 casual visit
• Shore Dance – 17 Enterprise Street, Birkenhead, Auckland

Teacher: Mai Dahlberg is a profoundly experienced dancer and teacher. Specialising in Salsa On1 & On2, NY Mambo and Cha Cha Cha (Boogaloo), Pachanga, Bachata, Merengue and many more. Mai has won numerous titles at salsa championships in New Zealand and Australia. Trained in New York and has presented various performances internationally.

She is a professional qualified ballroom teacher and an adjudicator of NZFATD, The New Zealand Federal Association of Teachers of Dancing Inc.
